Kingsbridge Estate Agents was established in 1993 by Peter Woon, a well known local Estate Agent with over 33 years' experience. Based in the heart of Kingsbridge, we are independent and pride ourselves on offering an individual, friendly and professional residential lettings and management service. We have a busy and constantly evolving rentals list and are always looking for more rental properties for our database of clients, particularly in Kingsbridge but also in the surrounding villages. We are open 6 days a week.

For Landlords, we offer either Full Management or a Tenant Find Service. Full references are taken on all prospective tenants. Most of our Landlords choose Full Management as they like to have the assurance of knowing that KEA will arrange routine maintenance and repairs and carry out regular inspections of their properties. We prepare Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements, schedules of condition and inventories for new tenancies, and administer Deposits under the Tenants Deposit Scheme. We will give a free rental valuation and advise on current lettings legislation. We will advertise your rental property on this website, in our prominent window displays, and regularly in the local press.
